At TASLR, we offer a flexible return policy in compliance with the consumer protection laws of the State of Qatar. Returns and exchanges are valid within 15 days of purchase, provided the product is in the same condition as it was when purchased. Products with manufacturing defects during the warranty period must follow the manufacturer’s warranty policy. In the case of non-defective products, the following conditions must be met to qualify for an exchange or return:
General Terms for Return and Exchange:
- Return Period: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase.
- Proof of Purchase: Customers must submit the original invoice that includes the purchased items.
- Product Condition: The product must be in the same condition as it was at the time of purchase, including original packaging if available.
Special Conditions for Return and Exchange:
- Product Details: In order for the return or exchange to be accepted, the product must be in its original condition, undamaged, and include all contents such as accessories, manuals, and gifts that came with the purchase.
- Packaging: The product should be returned in its original packaging, and the packaging should not be damaged. Products returned with missing or damaged packaging will not be accepted.
- Defective Products: Products that may have defects need to be verified with the manufacturer before processing the return.

Returning an In-Store or Online Purchase:
- You can return products either in-store or online at the designated customer service centers (Authorized Service Centers).
How to Submit a Return or Exchange Request:
- Complete the Form: Fill out the return or exchange form available through the provided link on our website.
- Submit Required Documents: Include the original invoice with the returned product.
- Processing Time: Requests will be processed within 24 to 48 hours, provided the products meet the specified criteria.
Non-returnable or Non-exchangeable Products:
- Used or opened products, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
- Incomplete products or those that have been physically damaged.
Refunds:
- Full refunds will be issued for returns that are accepted within the 14-day period, and refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used during the purchase.
All returns will be subject to inspection at our authorized service centers, and processing may require validation for defective items with the manufacturer. You will be notified within the stated time frame once your return is confirmed.
