  • In the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to correct the price and offer the User the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.
  • Product availability is subject to change without prior notice, and TASLR cannot guarantee the availability of specific items at all times.

5. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders can be placed via our website or app.
  • Accepted payment methods include cash on delivery, credit/debit cards, or other methods made available on the platform.
  • Prices are listed in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Orders will be processed only after payment has been confirmed or, in the case of cash on delivery, upon delivery.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • TASLR offers free delivery within Qatar for all orders placed directly on our platform.
  • Delivery timeframes, typically within 24 hours, are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather or supply chain delays.
  • The User is responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. Any additional delivery fees due to incorrect information provided by the User will be the User’s responsibility.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Users may return or exchange items within 15 days of delivery, subject to our return policy.
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the product is in its original condition, including packaging and all accessories.
  • Certain items (e.g., perishables, custom orders) may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Refunds will be processed within 1-4 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • For defective or damaged items, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt for a swift resolution.
  • Services or products labeled as promotional items or “Final Sale” are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless proven defective.

  • All content on our platform, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of TASLR Trading and Services and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

  • TASLR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the disputed order, excluding delivery fees or additional costs.

  • Users are prohibited from tampering with, reverse-engineering, or exploiting the platform, including attempting unauthorized access to data or systems.
