At TASLR, we understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel an order shortly after placing it. We offer a simple and transparent cancellation policy for all orders placed through our online store.


Order Cancellation Window

  • Customers may cancel their order within 2 hours of placing it.

  • Cancellations requested after the 2-hour window may not be possible, as the order may have already been processed or dispatched.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refunds will be processed within 2–5 business days depending on your payment provider.


Important Notes

  • Orders that have already been packed, shipped, or dispatched cannot be canceled.

  • If the cancellation window has passed, you may still be eligible for a return after receiving the product. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more information.
