At TASLR, we are committed to ensuring a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. In line with the consumer protection laws of the State of Qatar, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy for eligible products purchased through our online platform.


General Terms for Return and Exchange

  • Return Period: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid original invoice must be provided for any return or exchange request.

  • Product Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and include all original packaging and accessories.


Special Conditions for Return and Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Original Packaging: Products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. Returns with missing or damaged packaging may not be accepted.

  • Complete Contents: All components including accessories, manuals, and any promotional items or gifts must be included.

  • Defective Items: Products with manufacturing defects will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy and may require verification before approval.

Returning an Online Purchase

As Taslr operates exclusively online, all returns are handled remotely. There is no physical store. Our support team will coordinate directly with you to arrange pickup of the product.


How to Submit a Return or Exchange Request

  1. Complete the Request Form
    Fill out the return or exchange form available on our website. Click Here

  2. Attach Required Documents
    Include the original invoice along with the returned product.

  3. Pickup and Inspection
    We will coordinate a pickup time. All items will be inspected before a return or exchange is approved.

  4. Processing Time
    Your request will be processed within 24–48 hours after product inspection and verification.


Non-returnable / Non-exchangeable Products

  • Products that are used or opened (unless defective).

  • Items that are incomplete or physically damaged due to customer mishandling.


Refunds

  • Approved returns will receive a full refund within the 15-day return period.

  • Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • Refunds will only be issued after product inspection and approval.
