1. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Return Window: 14 days from the date of delivery
  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and labels intact
  • Proof of Purchase: Valid order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Hygiene, beauty, and personal care items (if opened)
  • Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel
  • Clearance, Final Sale, or discounted items marked as non-returnable
  • Opened software, electronics consumables, or perishable goods

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Fill out the return/exchange form below
  2. Submit your request with supporting details and photos (if applicable)
  3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
  4. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label or arrange pickup (Doha area)
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Exchange orders will be processed once the original item is received and inspected.
  • Return shipping cost for change of mind returns is borne by the customer (Free for defective/wrong items).
